Sun City Clover is willing to
provide services for apparel decoration for a school entity with the intent to
help raise funds and ease the process of fan gear to students, parents and faculty. Listed below are the conditions of the
agreement.
We will set our prices as usual and add a 20%
mark up (or a markup you feel is more reasonable) to allow the entity to raise funds on
every sale. We will make it a fair price for both the buyer and the entity.
Funds can be collected in a
reoccuring manner such as every week or month entity will decide timing.
Sun City Clover will help
with setting up a tab on our sister website DressComfy.com to allow each school
or entity to shop directly with their school online. All sales will be handled by DressComfy and communication will be thru Sun City Clover.
To clarify the owners are the same for both entities and websites have
more capabilities thru the DressComfy website than thru the Sun City Clover
website such as personalization directly on item pages.
Mockups are free for the
website. They are not to be used for other merchants unless requested by the entity directly. Please provide offical
logos and artwork. Designs can be made thru Sun City Clover at no extra cost as
long as they are sold on the website.
The only fees you as the
school entity will incur are the following:
The
payment of any digitizing fees for embroidery.
(once per design only)
Website
domain names are a once a year fee usually less than $20. A domain is the www.abdcefg.com
name to allow direct links in marketing and digital advertising.
Buyers will have 24 hour
access to shop, and real person customer service as well as local pick up
capabiliites.
All designs will need to be
approved by the entity before they go live to the public.
Apparel:
T-shirts a staple of every school. We use premium quality blended shirts. Therefore
the following break down of pricing is an example of what we can offer to you.
Each design will have color options on the website.
Personalization available at an extra cost. Parents can put the name on the back of the shirt.
We can add an option for number as well.
Bulk orders are possible for
live sales with a deposit at ordering and balance due upon delivery. Prices
will be reduced for bulk orders not online orders.
Full color is the only option
we offer as it’s the same process as one color. No setup fees. Low minimum of 20 items is needed in order to
receive bulk pricing.
All sizing is priced the same
and we offer adult Xsmall to 4xl and
youth small to youth xlarge.
QR codes can be provided to
the school entity for ease of use at local events if you have the need to do so
or you sell out of on hand merchandise.
There is no extra cost for this.
Turnaround time on orders is
usually 7-10 days. All orders that are shipped come with a tracking number.
Price break down:
Tshirts bulk $15 each full color one location. $3 each additional location of print. (Sleeve, back top neck etc.)
Minimum of 20 shirts. No setup fee. Premium tshirt blend.
Online price is based on your percentage or dollar amount you want added to our base price. We sell online tshirts for $20 and usually the school makes the price $25 or higher depending on what they choose. This means we handle all processing and you just sit back and collect. We offer shipping and pick up options as well as customer service. We include all shipping materials as well.
