Q: Why does it take so long to get my order?

A:  Because I (Val Diaz) am the only one working on this brand.  I am the designer, webmaster, ordering dept, shipping dept., customer service, and accountant.  I do all of it just me.  If you ever chat online that's me not a robot.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: If I havent shipped it, yes of course.  No shirt really goes unsold anyways so don't feel bad if I didnt meet your expectations.  If it is torn or defective possibly as I do check all of my merch before I ship it so that rarely happens.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?

A: It depends on the circumstances.  Cant be worn or washed, damaged or look anything weird.  I get it sometimes we get the wrong size or we didnt want that one after all just communicate with me and we can figure it out.

Q: Is this a print on demand business?

A: Nope I do not use third party printers.  I make everything here to order.
